Predictable but worth reading if you've got nothing to do.,

This review is from: Charlie Bone and the Time Twister (Children of the Red King) (Hardcover)
All in all this book is not bad.I would suggest this book to a 8/9 year old because the language is simple , and the character, "Charlie Bone" is about 11,and a 8/9 year old could resemble the character, and this will make the book more plesureable to read for the child. If the child has a lot of common sense he/her will probobly figure out the whole plot within a few chapters . Just for the reason:ITS SO DAMN PREDICTABLE!.But I cannot deny , this book is good , maybe a little too similar to Harry Potter?...I don't know. All I can say is: the book is well written and perfect for a child in last couple of years of primary school best.But...if your older and a fan of Harry Potter then maybe you should give the book a chance because its defenetly not dull, only predictable.I've warned you.
