splendid movies (but blu ray could be better),
This review is from: Wallace And Gromit The Complete Collection [Blu-ray] (Blu-ray)
The animations are simply great, and that's what it is about. The later movies are razor sharp and beautifully lit.
However: three points of criticism.
First, it is not the complete collection. The Curse of the Were-Rabbit is not on this disc.
Second, the menu. It feels like an old fashioned dvd menu, not accessible during movie playback. Special features return to the main menu after playback, instead of the Specials submenu.
Third, subtitles. Only English SDH is available, and after each movie it forgets this setting.
Nonetheless, these are minor issues, the movies are Grand!

Recycled Rabbit says:
Were-Rabbit would be part owned by Spielberg's studio, wouldn't it, along with Chicken Run, whereas these were done for the BBC- so contractural restraints apply as in all disc reissues.

Graham Smith says:
The complete collection would promise, well the collected works not just the ones under 30minutes long. When I see the word complete I need look no more it's all here.
But it wasn't Chicken run and The Curse of the Were-Rabbit were missing; I's not abut value it's about a misleading headlines on a product.
