This book is just amazing! We spend so much of our time and I would say even our life, dieting or thinking about diets, and it's really a waste of time. It's not the focus we need to have, as Deepak explains in this fantastic book.
I have read several of Chopra's books and have bought his books as presents too. I would highly recommend this book to anyone, especially those concerned about their weight and who overeat because of stress and emotions. Deepak has a different focus on diets and practical tools to deal with our emotions and food. I can say that after reading this book I have ditched the diet and focus more on nutrition and it has had a fantastic result in my health and body.
