This review is from: Murder on the Eiffel Tower: The Victor Legris Mysteries 1: A Victor Legris Mystery (Paperback)
The book was a great insight into what it was like in Paris during the Expo, lots of detail in the setting. Something lacking in the murder mystery department though. Legris tends to stumble upon clues with rather more luck than judgement. Overall, the relationships between the characters leave you wishing more a little more, but some good potential in the plot and characters, especially with Joseph, the bookshop assistant.
A sufficient read. Would I read it again? Probably not.
