Just started simple home weight training with limited weights.
The book is very useful. It provides a variety of exercises for each of the muscle groups, from simple to complex, with and without weight machines, with simple explanations of how they affect each individual muscle.
Good, clear and concise explanations and diagrams with warnings for risky exercises.
