One of the best bread books around,

This is a serious book on bread making. It is very detailed.
This is a book for anyone who is seriously interested in improving their bread making and it will set you on a path to creating the Holy Grail of your perfect loaf.
I liked this book because it explains at length all aspects of ingredients, processes and techniques. It doesn't gloss over any area and also dispells a few bread making myths.
I really enjoyed this book and I would go as far as to say this is a Bread Making Bible. One you will often reference.
Must have if you are serious about bread.
