This review is from: The Athena Doctrine: How Women (and the Men Who Think Like Them) Will Rule the Future (Hardcover)
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
This book contains a lot of excellent research from across the globe. It is a timely publication given the debates that are current about work-life balance, the dearth of women in our boardrooms and generally in positions of power (including politics). I like the ideas which come out of the research and I am hopeful that the future it portrays will come to be. There is a part of me though that feels that this change in perception will remain just that, and not result in a change 'on the ground'. But kudos to the authors for documenting this shift and giving us all something to hope for.

Hugo Minney says:
did you read the book? or only the cover. The content illustrates how "women's" thinking is better, using examples like Mahatma Ghandi (male, last time I checked), and avoiding examples like Margaret Thatcher (domineering in every sense)
