I have tried various recipes from this book and have never had a success with any of them,they are quite complex in execution and do not resemble any I have eaten at top restaurants,or any I have created from other recipe books,they require large range of spices which I found unnecessary.very disappointing.

Hi Curry king. I am not sure why you had disapointing results. With a little bit of common sense and adaption I found it very easy and simple. I am no cook either. My results were an almost carbon copy of that famed Restaurant Curry. But it was facinating simply to read and see how Restaurants do it and why a paste jar alone is nice but not the same. Happy tinkering.
