Great screen for Great price!,
This review is from: PCW106GE 106" HD Projector Screen Glass Beaded 16:9 Widescreen Electric Motorized w/ Remote Control (Electronics)
Anchor bolts that came with this are a bit generic, so I purchased my own anchor bolts at Homebase...for the price, this screen is incredible! there are no wrinkles or kinks in the screen when extended down...the metal housing was alot smaller that I anticipated..motor is not very loud, the remote is a nice addition, the glass beads make the screen brighter so you can lower output power and save bulb life:) Make sure you adjust the screen start/stop positions before you mount, as they are pretty hard to get to afterwards, if not impossible. I bought this with an Optoma HD300X...together they are a match made in HD heaven:) you cannot beat the price for the quality of this screen!

Excellent the way it comes down in front of tv. I will be doing the same as my speaker-A/V set-up takes up a lot of my room. Nice one :)

Thanks for the review could you please recommend a suitable ceiling mount/bolts for this screen. I have received delivery of this screen and the bolts provided don't seem strong enough to me. Does look good quality though just need to get it up and running....
Enjoy your HT

Yes, I agree with the bolts that come with the screen do not look very strong, and do not look like they would work at all? I purchased a 4 pack of Black & Decker M6 10mmX45mm concrete anchor bolts from Homebase. I used 2 on the big holes on the casing and it worked great. They are rated for 240kg!! Overkill I know, but at least you will never have to worry about the screen ever falling. I could not find the product I purchased in store online at homebase.co.uk But I did find it elsewhere, so you know exactly what they look like. Hope this helps. You should be able to find it in store like I did. The 10mm(M6) bolt fits perfectly into the large hole on the screen case. http://www.fastfixdirect.co.uk/code/descr

Hi, how far down can the screen drop i.e. if you have a tall ceiling? I have seen many that have a black band at the top above the white 16:9 screen for such purpose and I wonder if this also has. Many thanks

Hi Mate excellent info.
can you advise if yours is tab tensioned?
the seller does several screens so im not sure, as some are advertised as tab tension and some are not?
also my ceiling is 3m from the ground, and i need the screen to come down low enough to be inline with my tv which is quite low, can this screen come down really low?
also is yours rf or infra red? I have a logitech harmony one remote and im not sure if rf will work with it.
also you mentioned glass beading as better, are there any benefits to going for a matt white?
thanks a lot

no mine was not tab tensioned..it was just the glass bead. it does come down and the material is just black, but I never had to go to low so I only saw maybe 1 meter max of black on top..not sure how much more will come out.. it is rf, i also have an rf logitech but I never bothered to try to pair them.. i am sure it is possible.
