This review is from: The Second Messiah: Templars,The Turin Shroud and the Great Secret of Freemasonry (Paperback)
This book is an easy read, as an historical research document, and while some of the suppositions are by their very nature not easily corroborated, the leaps are not unacceptable. The history of the Freemasons is well explained, and if you accept this, then Catholicism and it's roots are questionable, and therefore the other religions that split out from it. The story is absorbing, and the explanation for the Turin Shroud obvious, now that it has been so well explained from the scientific and historical aspect. Now if this all sounds like a very deep and boring book, let me assure you that this is a very absorbing book, and has caused me to delve further into my own religion, and study Freemasonry further. Next book? Obviously it has to be The Hiram Key!
