I already have this in paperback, but thought it would be good to buy it again for my Kindle. That won't be happening given how much more expensive it is than the paperback. This is not a new title. So I won't be buying it. I would love the publishers to explain why it is so much more expensive as an ebook? Greed perhaps?

Kathy Steinemann says:
The Kindle version is more expensive at all the Amazons, and the Canadian Kindle price is about $3 less than the US price. I found it much cheaper in epub format at other online retailers. There's no explanation for this, because at this price point the publisher makes a much lower commission percentage. So it's not greed, Kindle User.

There's no tax on paper books, but there is on e-books. Given the government's pretences for a green policy, you'd think they'd make it the other way around...
