Cautious but Interesting.,
This review is from: Know Your Fats: The Complete Primer for Understanding the Nutrition of Fats (Paperback)
Dr Enig conveys the impression that she is indeed writing from the position of authority. She seems cautious not to venture beyond her own experience and knowledge. Her script reads like a text book which is punctuated by technical jargon which jars a little with the lay-reader, but, it is the kind of book one would wish to retain for reference purposes. It's a worthy read and possibly the best book on the subject. Her honesty is refreshingly appealing.
