Bet he pays his taxes,
This review is from: Bradley Wiggins: My Time: An Autobiography (Hardcover)
No idea if the book is any good or not, but there's something more important at stake here. Like corporation tax. I've spent £5265.30 with Amazon over the last ten years, but from now on it will be zero.
I encourage all readers to log in and leave 10 more reviews like this today. Why not empty out your wish list, leaving an appropriately worded review for each product as you toss it into the great virtual waste basket? Peruse your order history, as I have just done, and work out how much money you've spent with Amazon. Tell Amazon how much money they will not be getting in the future, since this is the only language they understand!

G. M. Gibson says:
If you've no idea if the book is any good or not, don't review it. The tax position of Amazon is nothing to do with this book, or any of the others you've reviewed but not read. Do stop this nonsense. It is having the reverse effect to the one you aiming for, since most people are irritated by this kind of hijacking (you are not the only one who does it) of a review site to express opinions on Amazon and Corporation Tax. I am now more determined to continue using Amazon.

Having looked at all Greame's "reviews" it would seem the 7th of December 2012 was not a good day in his life, perhaps he was filling out his own tax return. Anyway, Greame old son, whilst I sympathise with your crusade you need to be aware you are going in the wrong direction.
First you should remember that Amazon have not broken any laws and have acted with complete propriety when it comes to paying their taxes. The rules they followed were passed by the politicians we elected, some of whom clearly did not play by the rules when it came to their own expenses and other monetary matters.
Second, to downgrade a writers work in a misguided attempt at protestation is nothing short of spiteful and pointless. Their work has nothing to do with with this issue.
Finally, you may think you have achieved something by writing these reviews but I'm of the view that you have simply run the flag of stupidity up the pole of wasted causes. In future, think before you write!
