I bought this book in 2010 along with several other similar books aimed at getting the reader to successfully lose weight. It stayed in my bedside cabinet draw until about 6 weeks ago when I decided to have a look at it.
I can honestly say that this lady knows her stuff. If, like me, you have been struggling to control your weight for over 20 years then this is the book for you. Her message is quite simple - you need to change your thinking so that a lifetime of bad habits around food is eradicated and you make better choices for yourself without even thinking about it. In short,she teaches you to retrain your subconscious to do the work for you. It works - 8 weeks down the line and I have shed 10lbs in weight and what's more, it's been so easy. I do work out 3 to 4 times a week too - but this is all part of her programme i.e. to get your mind to believe that exercise is pleasurable and not a chore. Please try it everyone, I highly endorse her approach.
