Jamie's 15 minute recipe for a coronary,

This review is from: Jamie's 15-Minute Meals (Hardcover)
Jamie's in a sound-byte rush and if you attempt to do these in 15 minutes you're heading for a coronary, however, if you want quick tasty meals then this book has a better hit rate than most - bear in mind that the book-trade estimates that you will make less than 8% of the recipes in any cook-book you buy.
We tried a few recipes then bought it for a student daughter who cooks for 3 saucepan-phobic lads she shares digs with. Jamie keeps the calorie-count low (the same can't be said for his overuse of salt) and the recipes get a big flavour treatment that is going to hit the spot more often than not. Jamie's presentation skills are explosively wayward and frankly messy, so the pictures are less help than in most cook books.
On the positive side, he uses a lot of cheats, which at least suggests he's in the real world, unlike some more pretentious tv-chef rivals. Just forget the 15-minute bit and don't use them for classy dinner parties and you'll enjoy the results of this book.
