Appalling quality, fell to bits after one wear and seller unwilling to resolve problem stating fancy dress basically disposable,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Cinderella - Disney - Childrens Fancy Dress Costume (Toy)
Very unhappy with this company so would not recommend anyone purchase from them. This fancy dress outfit fell apart after one wear leaving a very unhappy and upset 3 year old. I emailed the seller and we had a few communications all of which the seller gave no apology and refused to refund or replace, which I believe is actually illegal as the dress was not fit for purpose and this customer certainly wasn't satisfied!
Seller advised that in his own opinion, fancy dress is basically disposable wear.
I haven't tried to explain this to my 3 year old niece who would probably be clever enough to point out that her snow white outfit has been worn every day and washed many many times without ripping!
So I would not recommend anyone purchase from this seller.

Totally agree. The seems split within 15 mins. Definitely not fit for purpose. If it's meant to be disposable why not say so and charge less ? Try telling a little person they can only wear it once, what nonsense. I have a very disappointed grand daughter, I will not buy from Amazon again if they are unable to fulfil their contract whether it's out sourced or not.

I totally agree, I bought it for my granddaughter, seam split on first wear, not the child's fault as i helped her put it on carefully,This is clearly not fit for purpose as you would expect children to be slightly rough with things anyway. It does not mention that it's a disposable garment, how ridiculous, try telling a little girl she can only wear it a few times. I have complained to Amazon and heard nothing back. I would not purchase from or through Amazon again. Trading Standards used to help but all these computer sites make themselves very elusive, no wonder. Pity I didn't see your review before.

Harries mom says:
I was just about to purchase this in advance for my little ones birthday over two months away, so wouldn't have been able to complain if the same happened after so long. Thanks for saving my daughter needless upset. I likes the ones in sainsburys but hate the glitter that never seems to vacuum up and drives me spare! I shall just have to keep searching for one not covered in glitter which was along with the price what tempted me to this one. I'd appreciate any advice having never purchased one before, thanks so much
