Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Dell UltraSharp U2713HM 27 inch Widescreen LED Monitor (2560x1440, HDMI, DVI-D, DisplayPort, VGA, USB 3.0, 1000:1, 8ms) (Accessory)
Excellent monitor delivers 2560x1440 resolution only with DisplayPort (1.0 or 1.2) but Dell must clearly highlight this capability available via Displayport (DP) only, what if buyers don't have DP? I'm not sure if DVI-2 can push this resolution, even if it didn't it wouldn't send the audio to the monitor. I'm making full use of all the usb and audio ports available at the back of the monitor. Documentation can be improved as well.
Practicality, usability and quality is excellent!

You can also achieve native res with DVI-D via the cable provided. Most modern graphics cards support DVI-D. Normal DVI only gets you to HD res (1920x1080).
