Neat and Tidy Too!,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Dell AX510 Soundbar Speaker for Ultrasharp and Other Monitors with Pass Through Connector (Accessory)
I can only agree with the review by F Tang who has summed it up perfectly. I actually binned a set of half decent 2.1 speakers in favour of this soundbar in order to reduce the ever increasing number of cables behind my desk which, when I am not watching, knit themselves into a medium sized cardigan.
The sound is not as good but as I normally use headphones for music I was happy to trade this for a clear desktop.
Incidentally, for Dell monitors without the pass through connector the soundbar is exactly the same but includes a power adapter.

The version that is powered not from the back of the monitor but from the usual power "brick" is the Dell AX510PA.

Mr. M. Stagg says:
I like the "medium size cardigan" review, good review, my complex of wires are more of brambles too dangerous for the cat who is sure there are mice in there, and I am resorting to greater use of cable tidy which just limits the range but saves one entangling it in your computer chair wheels and tearing the casing to pieces while jammed at your computer desk unable to escape. These matters are the real essentials in sound and computing as Mark Knopfler's Heavy Fuel will illustrate with Randy Quaid. Any hard wired and chip system that works is good to know.
