This album stands alone and deservingly so, upon its merits.
As a crystal clear window into the days when singers were not afraid to be at the front of the mix, keyboard artistes equally unafraid to be heard and simple beautiful anolog recording was peaking, this certainly does it for me.
There is only one track that struggles a little 'shady lady' though even it manages to hold enough edge and meld into the tapestry of delights available here.
Rhino's guitar is envigorating and purposeful with raw emotion oozing from the fretboard/s, catch his and Lee Dormans later work with Captain Beyond.
The closing track 'Butterfly Bleu' is a classic work that still gets the goosebumps sprouting!
I favour this album over the legendry Ín-A-Gadda-Da-Vida' as it ventures into a more creative vision that was unfortunately not to unravel much further.
Great stuff! Get it!
