I am so soooo happy I found this book!not only its full of wonderful mouthwatering recipies but it also shows very detailed instructions (photos)of how to decorate cakes and desserts.Some techniques are used in advanced cake decorating!!No wondering , no guessing..every step is clearly explained.
Among the recipies are baked souffles, cheesecakes, gateaux,custards, creams, rise desserts, filo pastry and plenty of other delights.
Excellent book for advanced cooks but perfect as well for someone just starting to bake. I wholeheardly recommend this book : )
