A book that proactively helps you in building your winning stories in e-business. It presents best success practices in an exceptionally reader-friendly manner to all e-business projects stakeholders (Analysts, proejct managers, team leaders, developers and quality assurance). It is a real time and fanincial saver; since common e-business functionallty is captured and correspondent solutions are presented as patterns. I think the next edition aught to have a section about ROI from web usability.
