Truly Life Changing,
This review is from: SuperFoods: Fourteen Foods That Will Change Your Life (Paperback)I ordered this book after reading the GI diet, which mentioned certain foods were "superfoods". This title intrigued me to know more. The book is really about "Healthly Eating" However, it is so easy to eat the superfood way, that once you start and notice the benefits, you will not want to go back to your old ways of eating. Through eating this way, the main benefits I have found are;
Huge amounts of energy and vitality, even at the end of a long days work, clearer thinking, better skin and a leaner body. The results are evident within a week, but within three weeks you feel fantastic.
I can not reccomend this book enough to anyone who struggles to find the energy to make it to the end of each working day. Or who simply wants to improve their health. The book is easy to read and very informative. The book is certainly not a gimmick diet book, it really is life changing.
