A Total Waste Of Money!,
This review is from: Cassette to CD and MP3 (Electronics)
I'm giving this 1 star because I can't give it none!
None of these devices are necessary to record from a tape deck onto a computer!
To avoid the expense, simply download Audacity, make sure it's the latest version and then visit their Wikis for the instructions. It's so simple you'll laugh.
Hardware wise all you need to ensure is that the tape/record deck has a line out. Connect it to the Line In on the desktop, adjust sound properties to make the Line In the default recording device and hey presto.
Don't be ripped off, save yourself time and money and do it yourself!

great advert for Audacity but not a review of the product, other than telling us we don't need it!
