This review is from: Science Museum - Dinorobot - Robot Making Kit (Toy)
After purchasing several Science Museum toys this Christmas and spending time making them together with my son and his grandad, we found this just DID NOT WORK.
Poor quality, flimsy and defective - what a way to put children off science.
This does not deserve the Science Museum logo it bears.
The Intruder Alarm similarly did not work.
I am in the process of returning all the items, so I can purchase alternative gifts.
The only item I will be keeping is the Strength Ball.

I wish I had read this reveiew before buying the robot. I bought it from a retailer, not Amazon, and had the same experience. It was not suitable for an eight year old, failed to work and couldn't be made to work because the innards are buried inaccessibly in a flimsy structure. A waste of time and money and very disappointing.
