Without this book I don't know how I would have coped. I was going through a very stressful time in my life and this book became my bible. If you follow the advice you will recover , gradually and slowly , but it will be all the more satifying than taking any tablets or going to see any other doctor, because you will have done it yourself. I must repeat though that it is not an instant cure but gradual, as Claire Weekes herself states in the book.
