Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I've ordered quite a lot of these aswell for family members. There fun for all ages. from 6 years old to 80 years olds. My 6 year old brother can fly this helicopter with ease. My grandad can also fly it very easily. 6 people in my family have one so far. we really do love them. So much fun from such a little toy! we had to send one back due to it not working properly but the seller quickly sent us a replacement one. I recommend net_price_direct. They replied quickly to my emails and sent a replacement helicopter within a few days of me sending the damaged one back. I had no worries at all. I ordered two Syma S107G's from this seller, both arrived quickly and undamaged.

Mr. B. Roche says:
The Helicopter I sent back was faulty. I hadn't damaged it. The top rotor blades hit the bottom ones causing it to crash land.

I am returning mine as it will never takeoff without tipping over. The only way to get it to takeoff is to rapidly apply full power then cut back to avoid the thing, now flying sideways as well as up hitting the ceiling.
To check it wasn't my lack of control I had a 6 year old family member who has a similar heli try it ind he couldn't fly it either. This bearing in mind he can land his on the palm of my hand! I have tried the trim, but this seems to only affect yaw--not roll which is the issue here (possible mismatched rotor speeds or weight imbalance)

I've got quite a collection now. They are meant to take off perfectly at low speeds. You must of been unlucky and got a Helicopter that wasn't made to the right specification.
