Confessions or Indiscretions?,
This review is from: Tamryn Kirby's Wedding Secrets (Paperback)
A very disappointing read - although I confess I gave up on this book and didn't read it in its entirety. I simply couldn't bear to read it all.
Assuming the clients are genuine, they will surely be able to identify themselves.
How mortifying for paying clients to read such scathing remarks about their behaviour in what must have been a very stressful time in their lives. Was confidentiality and discretion not part of the wedding planner's service contract?
It takes all sorts to make up this world and, yes, we could all be highly critical of some. But whatever we think of our clients, good or bad, we should surely retain client confidentiality and not subject our clients to ridicule in such an open format.
Wedding planning is a highly personalised service. Discretion is the name of the game.
This sordid "tell all" account totally undermines the quality service that the majority of wedding planners seek to provide.
Customer service score for this particular wedding planner - Zero!
