I found this a very simple to understand book, full of good advice and check my progress and re read sections quite often. In the first (one) month I have reduced my weight by 9 lbs, reduced my cholesterol from 9 to 6.2 and moved my belt tighter by 3 holes. Not a difficult regime just common sense. I admit to not filling in all of the charts but I do keep an eye on all factors. KEEP it to hand for reference from time to time.
