Far more amusing than I expected - especially if you throw away the rules.......,

Although the rules and scoring system are reasonably easy to understand, you don't have to use them.
I played the game in a group of 5, ranging from 8 to 56 years old. We decided to dispense with the formal rules and just use the cards in a rather random fashion which entertained us all for over two hours.
Although some of the questions are quite bizarre, and some repetitive, we ended up finding even this aspect of the game funny.
Basically it's a great ice breaker and actually revealing in a number of subtle ways. I had doubts of including my eight year old nephew, but he turned out to be the most perceptive of us all, and certainly the funniest.
Playing it in the chaotic way we did also meant we avoided the occasional very personal questions, some of which would have been very inappropriate in our particular circumstances, but in most groups would have been fine.
It's not perfect and could use a little more development work but we found it particular amusing and have resolved next time to strictly follow the rules and scoring system.
It would make a good stocking filler with Christmas approaching and one that would be used rather than staying wrapped up in cellophane before ending up in a charity shop or jumble sale!
