If you like dragons, time-travel, and more...,
This review is from: The Time Entity Trilogy (Heaven's Jewel, The Eternity Stone, Futures Sown) (Hardcover)
I loved this super exciting and very interesting take on time-travel. Dragons, Firebirds and other mythical creatures are used in unique ways in this trilogy. The time-travel itself doesn't use a machine or anything like I've read before. Time is not the same as in other books either. It's a circle, not like an ongoing calender. It's hard to describe. You would need to read the books. I think it's very interesting and by the end it all makes sense, and it's not what you might expect. The Time Entity and Death are engaged in a chess game of sorts but not the same as like in the Seventh Seal. This one involves all of mankind. Climate change and natural disasters are a part of this. The game is going on the whole time but we don't really know it until the characters start figuring it out as things move along. This is three books in one so it would be hard to describe all of the plots. I don't think you will be disappointed to read this book. I wasn't. I guess I liked the fantasy parts best like the dragons, jewel trees, giant sasquatches, ice spirits and a lot of others. The second and third books are shorter than the first and have a lot more twists and turns. I like them even better than the first book that is good too because it starts to explain things. I will probably read this again someday.
