This review is from: The Anatomy of Peace: How to Resolve the Heart of Conflict (Paperback)
This uses a fictional story to make its point. Unfortunately, the authors are awful writers so the story clunks along, including conversations along the lines of hello, come in, please sit down. It is very polemical in making its point and takes pages and pages to make it. The points they make are important and interesting so the bad delivery is just a shame. They should have stuck to writing a factual book based on research and case studies.
