I couldn`t wait to read this book on my new Kindle and treated it like a large bag of Maltesers - devouring it all in one go!
After reading many publications on the subject during my adult life, in vain attempts to control my weight, I found the authors approach to presenting the facts in a no nonsense, logical manner most refreshing. Faced with the scientific explanation in black and white, without the almost obligatory before and after images and testimonials, instilled the realisation that fat loss can be achieved by understanding the relatively simple scientific process. Basically I can`t eat copious quantities of chocolate without pursuing an active lifestyle and regular exercise to compensate.
This book is a factual wake up call, backed up with all the science and guidance you could ask for, not too long, keeps to the point and with lots of new information I hadn`t previously read. Very interesting.
