Real food at last,

I am sick of diets that involve a whole new shopping list of ingredients I wouldn't usually dream of eating but I saw this one in a newspaper and decided to buy the book. The science bit sounds complicated but once you get into the eating plan itself it is really easy to do. It's flexible and, yay, you can eat bread and fruit and all the things other no or low carb diets seem to ban like Chinese takeaway. On day three and loving it - plus have already dropped 2lbs in weight!

My partner and I have been following this diet since June, since my daughter recommended it to me. He is now 2.5 stones lighter and I'm 1.5 stones lighter. We've never been hungry at all and while we have missed things such as toast and butter, and white potatoes, we've never eaten as much fruit and veg. We both feel amazing and are very happy with our new slimline look! Mrs Smith, keep it up!
