This review is from: Samsung Slim Internal Blu Ray DVD Writer (Accessory)
The title says it is an internal drive but the product description implies an external drive. Which is correct? An internal drive will normally be SATA connection, not USB......

Amazon Customer says:
The description is taken from a review of SE-506BB (if you read it) which is the EXTERNAL USB version of the drive. While I don't know for sure which drive is being offered, the actual Technical Details section on the item do clearly state SN-506BB and INTERNAL so I would presume that the drive is INTERNAL for laptop or external slimline case. Hope this helps anybody who is interested. I have bought one myself & they are very good drives.

Quinn U. says:
EDIT: disregard what's below. This is just an internal drive.
From what I can gather, it seems to be both. It's an internal drive that comes with an external adapter. I figure it's a win-win, because if it doesn't fit in your laptop, you can still use it externally. A blu-ray writer is still a blu-ray writer.
