X is right on the spot!,
This review is from: X (Audio CD)
Just listened to this whole album and have to say its absolutely excellent! - Lots of personal touches, some kookiness and pure pop indulgence all with a fresh 2007 size 3 Kylie footprint.
I wasnt entirely sure when I first heard '2Hearts', but yeah it fits right in here... although there are SO many hit singles on here - namely 'The One' (soaring pop a little bit like Cher's 'Believe' if you ask me!), The best track is the sugar coated 'Wow' (Kylie in pigtails and glitter gives you a good idea!). 'Like A Drug' also really stands out, very electro with a killer hook.
Other standouts are the slightly left of the middle 'Speakerphone', 'Heart Beat Rock' and 'Nu-di-ty' , all really catchy but cant put my finger on just why hehe! - Also have to mention the excellent 'No More Rain' - a retropect look on Kylie's recovery over the past 2 years it would seem...
Altogether definitely the album of 2007.. grab a bottle of wine, stick it on, snog your mates, and smile...

Ms. C. Simpson says:
I absolutely love this album. The best she has donen years. Complete contrast to Body Language. Kylie just gets better and better. I never thought I would say this but Kylie has arrived again with a bang. She can certainly have an album that wants you to play it again and again. Never mind the Britneys of this world Kylie Rocks and she always will. There is so many fantastisc tracks on this album it is very hard to choose which song is the best, but for me it is Wow, cosmic, No More Rain and You Are The One. Go and buy it the best album of the Year. FABOLOUS

Great review and comment Mr. C and Ms. C.
Jamie and her critical cohorts seem like high school burnouts who badmouth the homecoming queen yet secretly yearn to popular and join the cool lunch table. They should cheer up and embrace Kylie, and not be jealous that they can't have her or be her! There are plenty of seats on Kylie's float!

Mr. Michael Butler says:
Careful, Jeff! You're venturing in to the land of paranoid fantasy again!
Why on earth would anybody revere a nasal twang and a smile that could rival the Luna Park entrance?
You do make me laugh!

My bad - name changed from "Jeff" (middle) to Aaron (first).
No fantasy -- Kylie is more popular than the Queen. I'll bet even John Lydon likes her -- who doesn't! (Besides the kids in the smoking section). Luna Park? Kylie's beaming smile could launch a thousand ships... (while others stars launch only a thousand quips)... or Love Boats... and illuminate their way!
