i have a few gluten free books but non that were focused just on the baking. i chose to get this because of the reviews. i have always used normal cake recipes and just swapped the flour over. I tried the choc chip cake with chocolate butter cream. it was absolutely delicious and stayed moist even down to the very last piece. it was very tasty. my only negative with this is i think there is a high fat content to a lot of these cakes but i think as you don't tend to eat lots they make a nice treat. i am looking forward to trying some of the other recipes.
