Lack of a physical button is poor,

I had bought Anker products before and needed an external battery pack to keep my phone going. However, after only a couple of weeks the charger stopped working. I can charge it but the 'Shake to Charge' function has stopped altogether. My previous Anker charger had a dedicated button which I could press to see how much juice it had left and/or start charging a gadget. This new one has to be shaken and unless I am not shaking it right does not work at all. The lights never come on, my devices are not charged.
Please see update - Anker Customer Service were brilliant in resolving this usse and supplying me a replacement. Awesome service Anker!

After I posted this review Anker support emailed me within 24 hours not only apologizing for the fault with the battery pack I had purchased but offering to send me a replacement model, with a button, free of charge. I took them up on this offer and new battery arrived within 48 hours and has been working faultlessly since. If only other companies and online retailers gave the same Customer Service as Anker. I thank you for resolving my problem and will gladly buy from you again.
