I really liked the earlier books in the series but I felt this one had some annoying flaws.
Firstly Its filled with lots of typos, I don't mind a few but in this book the quantity was ridiculous.
I also got a little bored of the back stabbing, a little is OK but it went into overdrive in this book. The book also makes clear the main characters are pawns, forced/cajoled into doing what the real power brokers want them to do. That did get a little old especially as the way the characters were duped seemed contrived and over complicated.
My final issue was I found some of the characters poorly developed and unbelievable, particularly Drake. I really didn't find him at all convincing and would have enjoyed the book a lot more if he has been completely removed.
