Easy to read and relevant to people working in a professional environment. Many of the critics of this book focus on it not being applicable to everyone but that's not what the author set out to do.
Some of the things she said I knew already and had figured out along the way. Best piece of advice was "don't leave until you've left" - I had so much anxiety in my 20s wondering whether my job in consulting would be suitable if I had children and made needless compromises along the way. I wish someone had sat me down and told me these things 10 years earlier ... although I probably wouldn't have listened!
I'm recommending it to everyone at work - not just the women.
