This is the first fitness DVD I have ever bought. If you have read the description you will know that it has a warmup, 2 30 minute workouts (one fat burner and one bootcamp toning), 4 target toning sections and a cooldown. I have moderately good fitness but am not a marathon runner by any stretch of the imagination and I was able to manage all of this DVD. Davina and the trainers give you a few pointers on how to make the toning exercises a bit more challenging ie heavier weights, deeper lunges and squats. Overall I have enjoyed the DVD and don't dread doing it each morning. The only thing that I would say would improve it significantly for me would be if the 30 minute workouts were progressive so that when you had mastered all of the moves in one then you could move on to the next.
