well having had the anticipated book arrive early, I was eager to get started, even as it was just before Christmas, but I can honestly say, I am not sure. The fish recipes are mostly salmon, there is no mention of Tofu in the vegetarian section, and I am not too sure about the section on Rosemary's own cooking products. I am a fan of Rosemary's (and have been since the original hip and thigh diet) way of eating and think it is more healthy than say Weight watchers etc. I was definitely not a fan of her last two books.I gave the GI Hip and Thigh 1 star and I did not bother writing a review for the loose a stone in a month diet and I think that the Gi jeans was her last best book as it went back to basics. I feel a bit peeved that I have lined Rosemary's pockets again, and my husband is beginning to think which part of Rosemary's house I have purchased. Saying that,this is my review, and new dieters will find the book invaluable.
