As a major Shaun Hill fan was delighted to see he had a new book coming out, and eagerly awaited my order. Imagine my disappointment when my order arrived and I discovered that Better Gravy is just a rehash / revamp of How to Cook Better, a wellthumbed copy of which exists in my extensive cookery book collection. I hope this comment will stop anyone else from repeating my mistake.

Great advice. This happens far to often these days with cook books.
