Worth a read,

I have just re-read this book. It runs through the myths and hype surrounding nutrition and tries to make sense of what's worth listening to and what's not, from omega 3 oils, to the whole wheat and dairy controversies. If you want to understand the science behind the sensationalist headlines then this book is well worth reading.
