Reading this has been easy and comfortable. I run 3-5 times a week and I do it with minimal effort on my part, that is I don’t have to argue with myself whether or not to do it. I think that is one basic reason you should consider first before finally deciding to take running a shot. If you’re able to answer your why then the how would come easy. This book has it all, from start to finish. Great grab!
