Good - but not great - headphones,

THE SOUND: I tested these listening to a variety of different genres via a proper hi-fi. The sound seemed to be a decent mix, able to produce punchy bass and bright treble. Even at loud volumes these headphones hold up, with no distortion or 'farting out' of the bass (a problem I've had before with some of the (admittedly lower price range) Sennheiser headphones). Ultimately however, they don't quite match the sound quality of the Panasonic RP-HT225s I've been using recently - which while cheaper and very bass heavy, just sound slightly richer when correctly EQ'd by my hi-fi. I guess a lot of this will come down to whether you are listening via hi-fi, or a stand alone MP3 player.
THE FEEL: Despite having only smallish earpads, these actually feel really comfortable to wear.
THE DOWNSIDE: The only real downside with these was the very short lead - at only about 3 foot long these make the headphones perfect for portable players, but you aren't exactly going to be able to dance around your living room if you have these plugged into a hi-fi. Similarly, using these to watch TV is going to be impossible, unless you want your face pressed up very close to the screen. Thanks to this - they lose a point.
OVERALL: Good solid sounding headphones, but nothing jaw-dropping for the price. And the short lead is a real downfall.
