Childish and Simplistic,
This review is from: Black Art of 3-D Game Programming: Writing Your Own High-speed 3-D Polygon Video Games (Paperback)
Although some of the contents of this book were relevant during the early 90's 'The Black Art of 3D Game Programming' reveals little about real-world 3D game programming techniques. I found the style of the book utterly tiresome..., and the contents equally lacking. When I bought this book (around 1995) I felt cheated and annoyed. If you are looking for an insight into professional 3D game programming techniques look elsewhere. If you are looking for flowery, bloated and out of date techniques then this is the book for you.
