We purchased Hoover home appliance for our house. Unfortunately Fridge with freezer and washing machine were very poor quality. It took 1 year and 5 engineering services to make Freezer work. On top of that their Repair service is the worst night mare I ever experienced in my life. After I booked engineering service for a washing machine which also stopped work I was waiting two days at home to engineer whom never came, never call or send text he would not come at all.Even though I was calling to their Engineering department ( they will let you wait on the line at least 15-25 minutes because they ,,dealing with high volume of calls''all the time)for a two days just to wanna know when engineer will arrive. Operator left a numerous messages for him to call or text me keep ensuring me that she can see in their PC our booked service and he will arrive for sure today. After two days when I could not move from a house I gave up on second day after 6 pm to did not receive even one text or call from a engineer.And that is just the worst experience. Previous service for our freezer was similar story just extended for a week.It seems for me that after you pay for a product customer needs are a not priorities for Hoover anymore.
