Not so great,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Transcend Super Speed USB 3.0 Multi-Card Reader for SD/SDHC/SDXC/MS/CF Cards - White (Personal Computers)
Granted, it is USB 3.0, which gets it some marks, but after 2 weeks of purely being plugged into my computer, used only twice to test its compatibility with cards (also, it feels like you're breaking the cards when you put them in - there's no spring load system, and they stick out much further than you'd expect, so the slots are rubbish) and it no longer works - it just gets warm when it's plugged in, the light doesn't work.
If I'm perfectly honest, this sort of thing isn't useful anyway, if you're using SD cards or MicroSD cards. Some computers have SD slots, and if they don't you can buy cheaper, more reliable SD to USB adapters. Also, you can make sure that your MicroSD comes with an SD adapter, and then you can use it just as you'd use an SD card.
Don't buy this.

I did buy it and it works perfectly. No need for multiple leads, converters and connectors.
