Ordered through another supplier,Amazon nil stock. The first one supplied would not reach temperatures over 160c and returned to supplier who sent another one. The second one on testing and burning off assy. residue reached max. temperature of 230c but when used for cooking it would not reach required temperature of 190c. Returned to supplier for refund. A oven thermometer is always used to monitor cooking temp. and is highly recommended for all ovens to prevent Under Cooked Food. If the oven had performed correctly it would have had 5 stars it is well made and looks good and I regret not being able to keep it. Have now ordered a Steba oven through Amazon.

I purchased the dualit to replace an old toaster oven. I wish I hadn't. It won't toast unless you turn the bread over. I must use an egg timer so as not to burn each side.
I am also disappointed in the shelf. There is not a safety catch therefore the whole shelf comes out when you are trying to remove a hot dish. Makes me spill hot food everywhere. It takes 20 minutes to preheat so it is not as efficient as my old toaster oven
