Disappointing, Mr Lewis - this is a short collection of magazine articles masquerading as a book!,

I'm a fan of Michael Lewis and have devoured most of his books. I was most disappointed in this one as I feel Lewis is trading on his name since:
* I've read the majority of the chapters already via his Vanity Fair column so begrudge the c.£11 I paid to re-read them.
* The book is only 212 pages long AND has the largest font size (and double-spaced text to boot) I've ever seen in a non-children's/non-large print book! One may speculate that this is to fill out the pages to make this short collection of magazine articles apppear like any one of Lewis's other books.
The actual content of the book is good but I can't help feeling ripped off with this collection of magazine articles masquerading as a book.
